What are the benefits of online yoga or meditation classes?

We offer you a way to reduce stress levels and regaining a sense of balance, focus and clarity.

Each programme is designed to help participants by offering practical techniques, useful tips and clear guidance on how to remain centred, calm, present, and at peace.

A lot of the focus will be on developing breathing and relaxation techniques to release stress out of the body as well as building confidence, improving concentration, and boosting the immune system. This will enable you to reconnect with your inner strength and bring gentle nurturing and deep healing to your body, mind and spirit.

These non-verbal practices can assist us in reprogramming our whole self, giving an opportunity to heal ourselves with our loving presence, and the integrated changes overflow into how we live in the world.It gives us tools to transform negative events, feelings and emotions into positive.

First and foremost, you will learn to listen inwards paying attention to how you feel.

You learn to slow down, breathe, meditate and clear the cobwebs from your energetical body, gradually peeling off the veils that prevented you from seeing your own inner beauty and to connect with your own inner strength.

What matters in Yoga and Meditation is the journey, which is internal, yet manifests itself through your whole body: physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

  • a Yoga mat and/or a chair with a straight back
  • a phone or laptop with camera on which zoom programme can be accessed

For your own safety, please ensure that:

  • the area in which you wish to practice is free from clutter
  • you have adequate lighting
  • you are not positioned immediately in front of a window

Marie Angeline Lascaux is a very experienced yoga teacher who works from an inner place of knowing leading people to their inner self with love, great energy, and sensitivity, guiding each person to their potential.

She qualified in 1998 from Yoga Therapy and Training Centre, Newry. Her additional qualifications include: ITEC/FETAC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage, Practitioner/Presenter of Aura-Soma, Reiki/Seichem Master/Teacher, Train the Trainer facilitator, Occupational First Aid, and much more.
