The last few years have been very challenging at many levels. We offer you a way to reconnect face-to-face and regain a sense of hope, a sense of belonging.

Each class is tailored to the needs of the participants with clear guidance and useful tips to rebuild your self-confidence, improve your concentration, boost your immune system, and feel more positive.

Mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques will enable you to release stress out of the body and lift your spirit, and bring gentle nurturing and deep healing to your body, mind and spirit.

Through this practice in small groups, you will get an opportunity to reclaim your inner strength and heal the impact these couple of years have had on your nervous system.
